Explanation:

The LCA-X weighing sensor amplifiers are used to weigh multiple tanks and similar units, allowing remote monitoring of all measurements in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Weighings from one or more units measured by the weighing sensors can be recorded by the LCA-X devices and monitored by a remote computer. The amplifier itself does not have a display.

The LCA-X stands out by enabling computerized configuration of all parameters via the Modbus communication protocol. Remote access and parameter configuration are possible through this integrated communication protocol, allowing the monitoring and programming of multiple LCAs connected to the same communication bus from a single control point, such as a PC or PLC.

Two Windows™-based software solutions have been developed for communication with LCA devices. The first, Dlms_VP (Virtual Panel for Digital Weighing Sensor System), is capable of communicating with a single LCA device and configuring all parameters remotely. In contrast, Dlms_NW (Network for Digital Weighing Sensor Systems) allows simultaneous visualization of multiple LCA amplifiers. With Dlms_NW, multiple computers connected to a network can display the same data.

The aluminum die-cast housing ensures that the device remains repairable, even in dusty, humid, and corrosive environments.
