Description
Explanation:
The E-CIM 100 has been developed to collect statistical data and detect incidents of vehicles passing over its sensors. The basic functions of this device include recognizing the direction of movement, measuring length and speed, and counting vehicles passing along the lanes where sensors are installed.
For a total of 8 lanes, each equipped with two inductive loop sensors, the E-CIM 100 system can provide the desired functions and performance in a single device.
The E-CIM 150 classification system has been developed to collect statistical data on classified vehicles traveling on highways. The system is equipped with a loop sensor and a piezo sensor for a maximum of 8 lanes. In addition to counting and statistical functions, the device can also communicate with the parent system to provide detailed information when an incident occurs. Data can be transmitted up to 1 km via isolated RS-422 interfaces and up to 15 meters through RS-232 interfaces.
Mounted on a 19″ 3U rack, the E-CIM 150 can easily be replaced entirely or as a maintenance module. Service and replacement are straightforward, as all connections are socket-type and located on the front of the device.
